2010 was a great year for our display as we were able to collect $400 for breast Cancer research. We hope to match last year’s donations for breast cancer research again for 2011. We have officially started to set up lights on the roof line while the weather is still nice out. We are setting up earlier this year due to the farmer’s almanac is indicating a colder and much wetter winter for our area. We have made some subtle changes to the lights and will be making the mega tree much higher this year. With all the wet weather in the past we have had issues with the GFCI circuits blowing a lot so I am re-wiring the electric panel to help with this year’s forecasted wet weather. We have added a bubble blower last year with much success and will do it again this year. We are very lucky so far in that our neighbors are all on board and have not complained which helps us to keep doing year after year. So I want to say THANK YOU to my surrounding neighbors! Santa will be packaging gifts and waving to kids each night until it is time to load the sleigh and deliver his gifts. Please don't forget us and come by to see what additions we have made for Christmas 2011.
